The students will learn about tools that are necessary for the management of a company's financial sphere.
They will develop the skills to create financial models on their own: they will be able to calculate business cases, prepare a financial plan and manage liquidity.
They will be able to perform company valuations on their own and analyse and evaluate company valuations performed by others.
They will be able to apply the different value levers of “private equity” and support “M&A transactions” both in the prepara-tion and integration phase.
